The Job
We are working with a highly regarded and growing rural property consultancy to recruit Senior Surveyors across two locations in the North of England. These positions offer a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for managing a portfolio of private clients while contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider business.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will deliver a full range of estate management and professional services. This includes providing strategic advice on rural property matters such as landlord and tenant issues, valuations, diversification and development opportunities, lettings, and utility or compensation work. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
The role also involves collaborating with colleagues across the business to enhance client outcomes, contributing to the company’s external profile through networking and industry engagement, and supporting broader business objectives through proactive pipeline management and business development activity.
The Candidate:
* MRICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ post‑qualification experience
* Strong background in estate management or rural surveying
* In‑depth knowledge of rural property and associated professional services
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Commercially aware, with an interest in business development and client growth
* Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and within a team
* Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
The Package:
* Salary: £50,000 – £100,000 depending on experience

Candidate Requirements
