Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer – 60K– 80K

Location: Watford

Platform has partnered with an established, leading Building Services Company known for creating innovative building solutions. The company has received international awards for projects related to renewable and low-carbon building initiatives. They are looking to expand their team by hiring a creative Electrical Engineer!

Main Duties:

1. Manage projects from conception through design and commissioning.
2. Provide lighting calculations, cable calculations, and conceptual development.
3. Work on projects across Residential, Commercial, Public Health, and Mixed-Use sectors.
4. Coordinate with key stakeholders, clients, contractors, and structural engineers throughout project lifecycles.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Degree qualified in electrical engineering.
* Experience with British Building Services standards.
* Proficiency with design software such as Revit, Amtech, Dialux/Relux, and BREEAM.
* Experience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Education, Public Health, and Leisure sectors.
* The salary is flexible depending on experience.
* This role is based in and around Watford.
