This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in CICA claims who can work autonomously, even if not formally qualified. You'll manage your own caseload, securing fair outcomes for clients while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of CICA claims from instruction to resolution. Advise clients on eligibility, evidence, and compensation under the CICA scheme. Prepare and progress applications, appeals, and tribunal hearings. Liaise with medical experts, witnesses, and other professionals. Review and assess police and medical evidence. Draft documents, correspondence, and appeal submissions.
