👩‍💻 About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract both new clients and top-tier mortgage brokers to join our network. Working directly with leadership, you’ll help deliver smart, strategic marketing campaigns across digital channels, drive engagement, and grow brand awareness in a highly competitive market.
🧠Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Assist with digital marketing campaigns to attract both customers and new broker talent
* Help manage email campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications
* Update and maintain website content in line with our growth strategy
* Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance
* Support marketing for local events, sponsorships, and PR activity
🎯 We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
* A good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing techniques
* Strong writing and content creation skills (design tools like Canva or Adobe are a bonus!)
