Key responsibiliti
* es:Lead the commercial and contractual management of projects under FIDIC forms of contra
* ct.Provide expert contract administration and ensure contractual compliance throughout project delive
* ry.Manage change control, variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute avoidance/resolution process
* es.Advise project teams and clients on contractual obligations, risks, and entitlemen
* ts.Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, and repor
* ts.Oversee cost management, forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting activiti
* es.Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders across multiple jurisdictio
* ns.Support project governance and ensure robust commercial controls are maintain
* ed.Contribute to successful project delivery through proactive risk and opportunity manageme
nt.
About
* you:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipl
* ine.Demonstrable experience operating as a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, or Contract Manager within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or engineering sect
* ors.Strong working knowledge and practical experience administering FIDIC contra
* cts.Proven expertise in contract management, claims, variations, and commercial risk managem
* ent.Excellent stakeholder management and communication ski
* lls.Ability to work independently and confidently within international project te
* ams.Flexible and willing to travel regularly throughout the UK and Europe, with frequent visits to Belg
* ium.Professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent) would be advantage
ous.
