Were recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in Southampton and surroundings.
This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference. Youll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.
What youll be doing
As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
* Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 or 1:1 basis
* Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
* Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
* Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
* Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
* This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
What youll bring

* Complex Care
* Autism
* Epilepsy
* Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging
* Mental Health support
* Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
