Key Responsibilities
1. Manage your own caseload of commercial property files (with supervision as needed for NQ level).
2. Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
3. Draft, negotiate and complete leases, licences, and associated documents.
4. Assist with property aspects of development projects and commercial finance transactions.
5. Conduct due diligence, title reviews and property searches.
6. Work closely with other teams (e.g. corporate, litigation, planning) on cross-departmental matters.
7. Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
8. Support business development and build long-term client relationships.
9. Start to build your own client base through referrals, networking, and the development of a professional reputation.
10. Develop strong relationships with existing clients and referrers, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
11. Attend networking and industry events to raise the profile of the firm.
