\n• This specialist personal injury practice has its own costs team that handle all aspects of costs relating to PI and Clinical Negligence matters.
\n• Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in costs litigation and will have a track record handling a fixed costs caseload reviewing inter partes disputes, negotiating settlement and preparing cases for summary and detailed assessment.
\n• You will work closely with partner in charge, managing your own caseload of files, utilising a case management system.
\n• This specialist firm of personal injury lawyers is ranked in the Legal 500 and is going through a significant spell of growth.
