This multi-national SAAS house champions career progression and growth, as well as a very trusting and flexible working environment.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot technical issues across Linux, AWS, databases, and containers
Support users through tickets, live chat, and screen shares
Create documentation and contribute to the knowledge base
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalations
Work US business hours, 2pm-10pm
What You'll Bring
Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity
Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and debugging
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Bonus: familiarity with SAML, REST APIs, SQL, JIRA, or Salesforce
