About the role
Join ONSIDE and play a vital leadership role within our Melo Wellbeing Service, supporting the health, wellbeing and resilience of children, young people and families across Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
As Wellbeing Services Manager, you will lead and inspire a passionate team of professionals delivering high-quality, relationship-based wellbeing support. You will provide day-to-day line management, supervision and guidance, while championing staff development, reflective practice and continuous professional development (CPD).
You will also be instrumental in developing and refining systems and processes to ensure efficient appointment booking, accurate monitoring of referrals, waiting lists and engagement, robust attendance and outcome tracking, compliance with contractual and reporting requirements.
Above all, you will help create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for both staff and service users, ensuring children, young people and families receive the right support at the right time.
This role is for 30 hours per week. To be worked over a minimum of 4 days to include Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm and one early evening per week up until 7pm. You will be working within our Kidderminster and Redditch locations.

You will bring strong people management and leadership skills, experience of working within children & families / wellbeing / community services.
You will have a sound understanding of personalised care, early help and prevention, insight into how poor health and wellbeing can impact life outcomes and a collaborative, reflective and values-driven approach.
