Responsibilities
* Act as the technical authority for audio software, defining long‑term roadmaps
* Design and implement advanced processing technologies
* Collaborate with embedded software, hardware, and acoustics teams to integrate audio subsystems
* Research emerging DSP methods and ML‑based audio processing.
Technical Requirements
* 5+ years of professional experience in real‑time embedded audio software or DSP algorithm development.
* Expert‑level C/C++
* Deep knowledge of AGC, AEC, filtering, and VAD
* Proven ability to lead complex technical projects end‑to‑end
Advantageous Skills
* Experience with mission‑critical standards
* Proficiency in MATLAB or Python
* Knowledge of ARM platforms & RTOS environments
* Understanding of microphone arrays, acoustic system behaviour, or modern ML‑based audio enhancement.
