Role Details: Pay: £21 per hour overtime (time and a third} Start Date: Immediate Overtime: Available Key Responsibilities: ✔ Operate, set, and program Siemens CNC Milling Centres (Fusion 360 or similar). ✔ Lead the nightshift team, ensuring productivity and quality. ✔ Conduct quality checks and oversee machine maintenance. ✔ Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues. What We’re Looking For: * Proven Siemens CNC experience (programming, setting, operating). * Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. * Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control. * Manual machining and basic welding skills (desirable).
