Our client redefines luxury for global drink brands, bars, and bartenders, driving positive impact in hospitality. They are looking for a passionate and talented Mid-Weight or Junior Graphic Designer to join their team and play a vital role in shaping their visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Create compelling visual assets, including branding, event collateral, presentations, digital content, and marketing materials tailored to luxury brands.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy and events teams to understand client needs, ensuring all design work aligns with their vision and brand standards.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to enhance their creative outputs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Proficiency in Design Software: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are essential. Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Creative Flair: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality, creative designs, particularly for premium or luxury brands.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished and professional work.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently, handling multiple tasks at once.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or similar fast-paced setting.
