Head of Finance
Location: Bicester, North Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits (DOE)

As the Head of Finance, your duties would be (but not limited to):
* Own group consolidation across multiple entities, currencies, and locations
* Lead the close, reporting, audit, and statutory processes end-to-end
* Act as the technical lead across reporting standards
* Build robust controls, systems, and scalable processes
* Partner closely with the CFO and SLT while developing the team
What they're Looking For
* ACA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualified with industry experience
* Experience of group consolidation
* Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, tax, multi-entity structures)
