About Our Client
Our client is based in Fareham, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
3. Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with internal policies.
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
6. Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
7. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes within the finance team.
8. Handle queries related to financial transactions from internal and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
10. Collaborate with the wider team to support the organisation's financial goals.
