Uplands is a school for students with severe (SLD) or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) aged 11 – 19 years and/or autistic spectrum condition (ASC). Our students will often have additional complex needs.
We are in search of an experienced teaching assistant or HLTA to work closely with the senior leadership team, class teachers and other support colleagues to lead, co‑coordinate and deliver relational support plans and/or interventions which support CYP in achieving outstanding educational outcomes. You will mentor all colleagues in successful relational behaviour practices which will include debriefing with colleagues and sharing of expertise.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only
