Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to join our small, vibrant team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth financial and administrative running of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking for a varied role with the potential to grow into other duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing company bookkeeping, including purchase/sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns.
* Handling general office administration tasks such as managing order processing, ensuring our customers have the best customer experience, and being the first point of contact for enquiries.
* Assisting the Managing Director with scheduling, reporting, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

* Maintaining organised and accurate financial and administrative records.
About You:
* Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping and office administration role.
* Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Google Workspace etc.
* Excellent numerical accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
* A positive, can-do attitude.
