The Role:
As a Company/Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and professional fee-earning services. Your work will cover a wide range of corporate law matters, including:
* Corporate governance and partnership advice
* Business acquisitions and disposals (shares and assets)
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Advising on corporate transactions and related legal work
* Flexible working arrangements
* Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme
