Context and Scope
You will sit in the UK E-Commerce team and will need to build strategic & action-oriented relationships with our reseller and wider stakeholders to enable the acceleration of our Marketplace ambition. You should be adept at making the complex simple as we pioneer into new spaces and be excellent at communicating at all levels to bring the organization along with you.
This is a unique opportunity to build something that will be a genuinely new business model in a space that is truly innovative & fast-moving. Today we aren’t thought leaders in this space – but tomorrow we will be.
What are we looking for?
* Marketplace Reseller Expert – ideally FMCG experience
* Highly numerate and analytical, with strong communication and influencing skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Deliver the combined first-year revenue ambition & set up for Year 2+
* Ownership of the reseller P&L and appropriate trade and marketing budgets for the UK Market
* Create & deploy activation plans alongside the reseller and 1P Amazon
* Responsible for building and deploying our ‘Amazon & Beyond’ Marketplace strategy
* Support the development of the UK Portfolio Pipeline for Marketplace.
* Define and own the UK Operating model working with regional teams
* Support the Emerging Channels Lead & Regional Portfolio Teams with the development of the portfolio pipeline for Marketplace selling.
* Build a Test and Learn plan to execute and document our learnings to “Test, Learn, Pivot”
