Customer Care Advisor – No Weekends or Evenings
£25,747 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus.
Monday to Friday 8:55 am to 5:30 pm (8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week). Permanent, full‑time, office‑based. Applicants must live within a one‑hour commute of Barton‑upon‑Humber.

Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
* Liaise with showrooms.
* Proactively resolve customer queries.
* Build and maintain relationships.
* Identify and escalated issues to appropriate team members as required.
* Handle any complaints or issues.
* Continually strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
* Must be able to commute to Barton‑upon‑Humber daily.
* Experience in customer service (call centres, retail, hospitality, etc.) is required.
* Must have experience working towards targets.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* IT literate and proficient in Microsoft.
* Strong organisational skills.
