Payroll Assistant £28k - £30k West Norwich Keeler Recruitment are working with a client based in West Norwich to recruit an experienced Payroll Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of the payroll process and play a key role within a supportive finance team. The Role: In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of multiple payrolls (weekly and monthly). Your duties will include: Importing timesheets through to final payment and HMRC submissions. Handling payroll queries promptly and professionally Managing pension contributions, reconciliations, and related reporting. Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and internal procedures. Building strong relationships with third-party payroll providers and other internal departments. Conducting pre-payroll checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data. About You: Previous experience in payroll (weekly or monthly) is highly beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately to deadlines. Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word, with solid general IT skills. approach.
