Description
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts, analysis and commentaries
2. Balance sheet reconciliations
3. Post monthly journal entries including accruals, prepayments, deferred/accrued revenue
4. Cashflows
5. Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, including Inter-company
6. Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts and audit schedules
7. Production of year-end packs and liaising with Auditors
8. Prepare & run monthly payroll for staff & contractors
9. Manage the company's employee benefit scheme providers & payments
10. Oversee & supervise Ledger work of a part-time Finance & Operations Manager
11. Collate monthly VAT return and prepare for submission
12. Prepare/submit National Statistics Returns
13. Ensure the smooth running of the Finance department. control of procedures, ensure minimal errors
14. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
15. Cashflow reports, forecasting, and preparation of budgets
16. Ensure Management Reporting process is organised and reported on time
17. Consistently monitoring processes and systems
18. High-level checks on expenses, pension payments, and contributions.
