The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Job Bank, you will:

Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle (training provided).
*
Source, qualify, and shortlist candidates.
*
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
*
Advertise vacancies, screen CVs, and match candidates effectively.
*
Use Job Bank tools, CRM, and AI features to speed up your workflow.
*
Represent Job Bank as we grow our recruitment team.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need recruitment experience — we train you — but you do need:

Confidence on calls and video meetings.
*
Strong communication and people skills.
*
A target driven mindset.
*
Ability to work independently and stay organised.
*
Fast learner with ambition to progress.
*
Positive energy and a “let’s get it done” attitude.
Recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential.
