Successful entrepreneurs and leaders often tread unique paths. You may be a C-level executive in the UK with senior leadership and P&L responsibility, or a former CEO. Either way, you’ll be keen to step down from full-time responsibilities and build a successful portfolio or plural career.
As a Vistage Chair, we’ll guide you on that journey. You’ll also enjoy the camaraderie and support of an incredible community of Chairs. Many describe it as more rewarding and sociable than typical NED roles—sometimes calling it the best job in the world.
Role of a Vistage Chair:
1. Actively seek and recruit members for your peer group
2. Facilitate group discussions and issue processing sessions on business topics
3. Deliver monthly high-impact 1-2-1 CEO/executive coaching sessions
4. Maintain an ideal group size of 12-16 members by providing great value
5. Continuously enhance your learning with sessions led by world-renowned experts
Once your group is established, you’ll enjoy a healthy income, which can be complemented with other non-exec director roles. This role also offers a chance to elevate your personal brand and give back by helping less experienced leaders succeed.
