Job Description
Hours: full time, hybrid
This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer to join the Lender Only team of a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. You will manage a caseload of separate representation and equity release matters, acting solely for the lender.
Daily Duties
* Title checking in line with client lender requirements, identifying any necessary issues to report
* Ensuring client lenders’ specific requirements and special conditions are satisfied
* Checking all necessary documentation is complete and satisfactory
* Liaising with borrowers’ Solicitors to resolve any enquiries
* Checking pre-completion searches and ensuring pre-completion requirements are satisfied.
Required Skills
* Previous experience in dealing with Equity Release is essential
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience of working in a high volume, regulatory environment is desirable.
