We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help drive lead generation, execute campaigns, and manage CRM activity. This hands-on B2B role is ideal for someone organised, data-driven, and keen to grow in a fast-paced marketing team. Key Responsibilities * Run lead gen campaigns across paid/owned channels (especially LinkedIn) * Repurpose content (e.g. webinars, reports) into marketing assets * Write content for LinkedIn, email, website, and press releases * Create short-form video content using Canva/Headliner * Maintain and segment CRM data (HubSpot) * Assist with events, webinars, and post-event lead tracking * Support on ad hoc marketing projects and inbound queries About You * 2 years of B2B marketing experience * Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager * Confident writer with excellent attention to detail * Organised, proactive, and eager to learn * Familiar with HubSpot or similar CRM * Bonus: event coordination experience What We Offer * Hybrid working early finish midweek and Fridays * Wellbeing support & private healthcare * Training budget & volunteering days * Inclusive, friendly culture with regular team socials We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
