Sales Support plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance throughout the sales process. This role involves managing sales-related tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

The role:
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
* Coordinate sales activities and follow-up tasks to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
* Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with relevant information and communications.
* Prepare sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
* Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to clients as needed.
* Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and product demonstrations, including scheduling appointments and arranging travel arrangements.
* Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including facilitating product demonstrations and training sessions.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
