We are hiring a Digital Operations Director to lead and elevate digital activation across EMEA and beyond for some of the world's most culturally influential brands, including Spotify and Campari. Sitting at the heart of Zenith's global digital ecosystem, this role shapes how biddable media is delivered at scale – consistently, efficiently, and with world‑class quality. You'll work across markets, disciplines, and teams to set the operational standard for how modern digital activation works. Responsibilities
* Lead and continuously evolve the client digital hub model and Ways of Working across onshore and offshore markets
* Set the operational standard for biddable activation, ensuring campaigns are delivered with consistency, quality, and rigour across social and programmatic
* Embed strong governance frameworks covering compliance, brand safety, platform policy, and documentation
* Drive operational improvements, automation, and smarter workflows that improve efficiency and scalability
* Partner with global and local teams to ensure clear KPI alignment, robust measurement, and shared learning across markets
* Act as the operational connector across Social, Programmatic, Search, TAAG, and omnichannel planning teams
* Build trusted relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance delivery and value
Qualifications
* Experience leading multi‑market biddable activation teams across social and programmatic channels
* Strong operational expertise, including workflow design, governance and hub‑based delivery models
* A clear understanding of campaign activation, optimisation, measurement and test‑and‑learn approaches
* Confidence working within complex, matrixed organisations and global client environments
* A collaborative leadership style that brings teams together across locations and disciplines
* A track record of improving processes and building scalable, high‑quality delivery models
* Experience within FMCG, alcohol & spirits, technology or entertainment environments is beneficial, but not essential
