In this role, you'll provide high-level, proactive support to the IHC Director - from managing competing requests and priorities, to preparing impactful briefings and presentations, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Main duties of the job The Business Manager will work across the Central Integrated Health Community (IHC) Services as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the planning, performance and accountability agendas across the senior team and its services, and deputising for the Head of Business, Planning and Programmes as required. This post-holder will manage a range of improvement projects and will coordinate and build relationships across the IHC, and Corporate teams, as well as wider partners. Maintaining a business view across all services in the Central IHC ensuring consistency and collaboration across and advising and supporting senior managers where required. The role will take a lead in development of integrated planning for IHC Services ensuring alignment to National, Organisational and local priorities, as well as ensuring mechanisms are in place to effectively monitor and report against delivery of the operational plan. The role will support the Senior Leadership Team in the management of their performance and accountability reporting, providing bespoke support where required and escalating issues or concerns as appropriate. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Evidence of continuing personal and professional development ILM management level 4 or equivalent qualification / level of work experience and knowledge. Commitment to achieve within 2 years if not held. Prince 2 practitioner, similar qualification, or equivalent level work experience and knowledge. Willingness to achieve in 2 years if not held.
