Family run Construction Company looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Typical duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: -
The management, implementation, administration and carrying out of building projects from commencement to completion.
The ability to provide quotations to the value of £100.00 - £400,000.00 for proposed works or projects, via both site visits and or tender documents.
The management and related administration of site based operatives and subcontractors within the BPJ Team.
General procurement of materials and subcontractors relating to projects being carried out.
The delivery of high quality works within certain timescales and control thereof.
All administration involved with managing building projects; e.g. programming, planning, cost variations, activity tracking, site specific health & safety documents and recording etc.
Implementation of company health and safety procedures on all projects undertaken.
The building of and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their representatives.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, driven individual, capable of working on their own initiative, be a good communicator and team player. The new member will have the freedom to manage their own time between duties.

Full-time position (Part time possible).
Required Experience: -
Quantity Surveying in the Construction Industry - 3 years (preferred).
Estimating / Tendering.
Driving Licence (required).
