We are working with a growing hospitality business looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team. This is a key role supporting financial operations, commercial performance and ongoing growth.
This role would suit a AAT Qualified, ACCA/CIMA part qualified or QBE Accountant looking for a hands on role with an opportunity to add value and regularly support senior leadership with the commercial management of the business.

Job Duties:
* Lead production of financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and P&L reviews, providing insight to support decision-making.
* Oversee financial controls, audit preparation and compliance requirements.
* Handle stock control, purchasing processes and cost-efficiency measures.
* Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and reconciliations.
* Strengthen systems, reporting frameworks and process improvements.
* Oversee expenditure controls, purchase orders and credit facilities.
* Support intercompany financial processes and income flows.
