RETAIL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT What you will be doing: You will assist in providing efficient administration support to contribute to the smooth running of our growing network of charity retail stores. Duties will cover a varied range of general office administration tasks, alongside maintaining the CHSW EPOS system, Gift Aid and loyalty card administration. The Successful Candidate: You will have experience of working to a high standard in an administrative role. You will be able to remain highly organised whilst managing competing demands and have strong interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable using IT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally have experience of using databases. Experience of working within a retail administration environment desirable but not essential.
