**Fixed Term Practice Broker (Maternity Cover) - Derby** The Practice Broker will take responsibility for the marketing, promotion, and sale of dental practices, ensuring excellent customer service by maintaining constant communication with all clients. The Practice Broker will register buyers and sellers, collect specifications, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers. They will monitor sales as they proceed, liaise with all interested parties, including solicitors and financial institutions, and provide regular updates to both buyers and sellers.The Practice Broker will ensure that all transactions proceed in a timely manner, with high levels of referrals to our affiliates. They will also ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with professionally and that deposits are taken timely for transactions. The Practive Broker will help buyers decide what type of practice they would like to buy while advising sellers and promoting practices for sale. Flexibility will be a key aspect of this role. The Practive Broker will be required to switch tasks as required, attend dental seminars, exhibitions, and practice visits, and work outside standard office hours to meet business needs.**Job Responsibilities:** The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:Maintain a sound knowledge of marketing, sales and completion process, while following current dental legislation.This role is extremely varied; therefore, the job description is not exhaustive and the role holder will be required to participate in other duties as required by the business.**Job Skills & Experience Required:** To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:Qualifications: Good standard of Education up to A level / NVQ Required Training or Qualifications: Henry Schein suite of compliance training upon commencement of role Skill & Experience: Experience of selling financial services products and services desirable Experience of working on a consultative basis with customers Excellent customer service skills, preferably gained through experience in a technical customer service role Sound knowledge of marketing sales and completion processes desirableGreat time management, and the ability to juggle multiple competing stakeholdersWe believe the type of person best suited to this role will be: A thorough worker who approaches tasks methodically Over Henry Schein borrowed $500 to start a corner pharmacy in Queens, New York, nearly 30 miles from Melville, New York, where our corporate headquarters resides today.
