About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Manufacturing Lead to join our high-performing team and oversee our Taste sites across Europe. This is a pivotal role where you will connect regional operational performance with our global footprint, ensuring flawless execution for our customers.
You will partner closely with our commercial and RDA colleagues, driving a forward-looking manufacturing excellence program. Your focus will be on our balanced scorecard performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Sustainability.
Please note, this role requires travel of 40% or more, with regular onsite visits to the UK, France, and Italy.

What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute a multi-year Integrated Operations strategy to meet current demand and future business growth.
* Lead a high-performing team by attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent.
* Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing footprint.
* Collaborate closely with our commercial organization to ensure growth plans are met.
* Leverage industry knowledge to identify value delivery levers and best practices.
* Partner with Engineering, Sustainability, and QSHE teams to drive our Sustainability 2030 ambition.
* Ensure the master schedule incorporates action plans across reliability and optimized capital spend planning.
* Lead manufacturing excellence programs and initiatives, embedding best practices in all plans.
* Work proactively with commercial teams to define connected business strategies.
* Strengthen customer collaboration through sharing best practices and demonstrating value.
* Lead risk management and business continuity planning for the manufacturing footprint.
What You Can Bring to the Role
* Bachelor's degree in food science, business management, or engineering. An MBA is a plus.
* Proven experience in manufacturing operations/management within the taste and flavor ingredient industry.
* Strong understanding of taste and flavor ingredient manufacturing processes.
* Experience in setting and executing strategy to achieve KPIs and sustainable growth.
* Robust financial and budgetary management skills.
* Experience in delivering capital projects and people-led improvement programs.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.
* Change agent, energized by making a difference.
* Executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility.
* Strong evidence of talent management and team development.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies.
