Key Responsibilities

Work with internal teams to deliver promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Track and report on KPIs, pipeline activity, and overall performance.
Support negotiations and proposals with external partners.
Represent the organisation at events and networking opportunities. Essential:
Proven experience in business development, commercial management, or sales within the Healthcare sector.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing practical, results-focused plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.
Skilled in using CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
