About the Opportunity
A leading regional law firm with a growing London presence is seeking an ambitious Property Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in residential and/or commercial property law to handle a high-quality caseload in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base, including individuals, developers, investors, and businesses, while developing your career within a progressive firm that values professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, transfers, and other property-related legal documents.
Advise clients on all aspects of residential and/or commercial property law.
Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties, ensuring excellent client service throughout.
Ensure files are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Play an active role in business development and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Support junior team members and contribute to the wider success of the department.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Solicitor with experience in property law (residential, commercial, or both).
Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage a busy caseload.
Excellent communication and client care skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Commercially aware with a willingness to contribute to business development.
A team player with the ambition to progress within a growing London practice.
