The Job
Managing our Retail team in Dumfries, you will be responsible for driving team engagement while maximising all sales opportunities.

Here`s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Managing and motivating your team to increase sales and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Driving a positive environment within your store, involving your team in business initiatives, sharing best practices, and having fun.
* Leading your team proactively to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training.
* Motivating and inspiring all of our valued dreamers.
* Managing the store rota to ensure proper staffing at all times.
* Walking the floor regularly to maintain high store standards and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The Person
We`re dreaming of someone who:
* Has previous retail or commercial sales experience demonstrating a strong track record in store and team management.
* Is commercially minded, results-driven, with good decision-making skills.
* Is a proven leader, experienced in working towards performance targets, motivated to achieve results for themselves and their team.
* Is inspirational, capable of leading and motivating others effectively.
* Possesses excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Is customer-focused, living our mission by putting customers at the heart of everything they do.
