Responsibilities
1. Proactively generate new sponsorship leads and convert them into long-term clients.
2. Manage, nurture, and grow existing sponsor accounts.
3. Develop compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives.
4. Conduct outbound sales calls, meetings, and presentations to senior decision-makers.
5. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
6. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, event production) to deliver high-quality sponsorship experiences.
7. Conduct market research to identify new sectors and partnership opportunities.
8. Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and industry functions.
Skills & Experience Required
9. Proven track record in B2B sponsorship or media sales (events experience preferred).
10. Confident in outbound sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
12. Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client needs.
13. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
14. Comfortable working full-time from the office.

15. Competitive salary of £40,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience).
