Our Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions team are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Flooring & Tiling to lead the growth of our flooring and tile fixing products and solutions across the region.This is a commercially focused role where you will identify high-value opportunities, build strong relationships with contractors, distributors and project stakeholders, and drive business development across the flooring and tiling market.You'll take ownership of your territory, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to project conversion, while working closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for our customers.Regular travel across the Midlands and South West regions will be required. What we're looking for:Experienced B2B sales professional, ideally within construction, fit-out or building materialsStrong relationship builder with the ability to engage contractors, distributors and project stakeholdersExperience managing a regional territory and developing new business opportunitiesCommercially aware with the ability to negotiate and close dealsSelf-motivated and able to work independently while managing a sales pipelineExcellent communication and influencing skillsFull UK driving licence What you will be doing:Driving revenue growth across flooring and tile fixing products and services within your regionBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, distributors and key project stakeholdersIdentifying new market opportunities and developing a strong regional sales pipelineManaging the full sales cycle including lead generation, tendering and conversionWorking cross-functionally with technical, operations and internal sales teams to deliver successful project outcomesProviding market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy and product developmentMaintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through CRM Are Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?Saint-Gobain is the worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction improving daily life through high-performance solutions.
