As a highly-motivated individual you will be part of a dedicated and busy development team based in Leigh.The team are committed; work together to make a difference; provide great service to our customers and colleagues and use their skills and training to rise to the challenges that development offers. Role information: As New Build Defects Co-ordinator, you will assist the Development team and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the defect procedures required within the team. You will manage the defects process on behalf of Jigsaw Homes Group across a range of completed developments. The role will aim to increase customer satisfaction and improve the timely completion of defect matters. As Defects Co-ordinator, you will be an important link between our Customers, the Contractor/Developer, Employers Agents and all internal Departments including Development, Connect and Asset Management. You will be able to undertake a variety of tasks diligently, responding to customer and contractor contacts, answering phones and emails and processing invoices, as well as offering general office support required within the team.
