A key part of the role is to efficiently manage the portfolio, with focus on dwell time and stock age. A main responsibility is to activate dealer network Pro+ and fleet car campaigns, in conjunction with the Marketing Department.The job holder will manage and develop Pro+ Fleet Business Centre performance as well as collaborate with our partner company, Mobilize Financial Services, to strengthen Pro+ offers and drive penetration. Additionally, a core responsibility will be to ensure a clean, transparent and accurate fleet portfolio. Furthermore, you will follow up on network performance actions in fleet sales, for both cars and LCVs.Success will be measured via network fleet/LCV registration, portfolio delivery (age/time) and network dispersion (sales/standards/CX/ROI).The successful candidate will have strong planning, organisation and communication skills. Attention to detail and solid negotiation skills are essential along with the ability to influence activity, with a flexible and proactive approach.****Employee Car Ownership Plan (ECOP).
