Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage large, complex property developments
* Foster strong client relationships and maintain regular communication
* Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads with a proactive and flexible approach
* Stay informed on the latest Government regulations and guidelines, as well as industry standards
* Review and negotiate service contracts, establish service levels, identify preventive maintenance needs, and approve expenditures within established guidelines (ensuring compliance with Section 20 thresholds for works and long-term agreements)
* Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports
* Perform routine risk assessments on all properties within your portfolio
* Review and act on Health and Safety reports (including fire risk assessments, water hygiene, asbestos, and lift engineering) and coordinate necessary corrective actions in collaboration with the client
* Collaborate with Health and Safety consultants and contractors when required
* Attend client meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
* Prepare and manage Service Charge budgets
Requirements
1. Must have at least 2 years property management experience, that includes block management
2. Must hold Propertymark or RICS recognised qualification(s)
