We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Senior Design Engineer to join our Composites Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

The role of our Senior Composites Design Engineers includes:
* Contributing to detailed design specifications from concept to completion, supporting component or system validation, servicing, utilisation, and resolving issues as they arise.
* Responsibilities include: concept design, scheming components, detailing machined parts, patterns, molds, specifying laminates, and extending to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.
Who we want
We are looking to enhance our talented team with someone who has previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering and have a solid understanding of engineering principles.
Previous CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX is ideal, but we will support training if NX or similar is your expertise.
We need someone who is self-motivated, analytical, pragmatic, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Creativity, innovation, and a consistent approach to problem-solving are essential.
