The Role You will take full ownership of day‑to‑day ecommerce and digital performance, focusing on building a consistent rhythm of testing, learning, and optimisation. Your work will directly shape how the business grows its customer base and improves its onsite experience. Key responsibilities include: • Running weekly trading routines, reviewing performance and driving clear actions • Translating data into commercial decisions that improve acquisition and conversion • Managing and optimising website performance on Shopify, including CRO and funnel improvements • Executing hands‑on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google • Managing email and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation and automated flows • Building simple, repeatable test‑and‑learn processes across channels • Working collaboratively with brand, content, and operations teams to ensure a joined‑up customer experience Your Skills and Experience You bring strong hands‑on digital marketing capability and thrive in early‑stage or scaling environments. They are looking for someone with: • Strong commercial experience running paid media campaigns directly • Hands‑on experience building and optimising email marketing and automated journeys • Practical experience with Shopify, CRO, and onsite optimisation tools • Working knowledge of platforms such as Klaviyo, Ometria or similar • A practical, hypothesis‑driven approach to testing and learning • The ability to communicate clearly and work closely with senior stakeholders Nice to have: exposure to SEO, experience in small agencies or early‑stage DTC environments, and relevant platform certifications.
