Role: Client Services Specialist - Remote Location: Remote working anywhere in the UK Salary: £27,000 pa commission around £5K Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award winning brand and marketing agency, working with some of the largest brands in the world. As a Client Services Specialist, you will work remotely and be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support, playing a critical role in enabling the Sales Team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As a leading supplier in their industry, their company is dedicated to providing top notch service to clients across the UK and internationally. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your contributions will make a real impact. Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Specialist: Deliver a high standard of customer service by responding to client enquiries and supporting Sales in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Support the Sales team by raising, managing and tracking supplier orders - ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Prepare sales support materials, including quotations, project briefs, product presentations, order summaries and client reports. Work collaboratively with Sales to curate and develop new product ranges for high profile global brands. Attend client facing meetings, where appropriate, to support sales activities and contribute to professional development - this is optional. Coordinate fulfilment and logistics activities with suppliers, couriers and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate, well organised and up to date order records. Proactively keep customers informed on the status and progress of their orders. Manage customer complaints and order issues professionally, working closely with Sales to achieve positive resolutions. Take a proactive, solutions focused approach to identifying and mitigating risks to customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or service issues efficiently. Complete general administrative tasks related to the role and undertake additional duties as directed by the line manager to support sales and client service objectives.
