ER Policy Manager - 6 Month FTC - Hybrid working with offices Your new role Working as part of a wider HR Team, you will be the subject-matter expert for all things employee relations. Initially, you will conduct a complete review of the existing ER policies and practices, ensuring that these are compliant with employment law and in line with industry best practice. Following your recommendations, you will then roll out any changes across the organisation. Engaging with line managers, you will identify any training or coaching opportunities needed, to ensure consistency in how employee relations matters are managed across the UK-wide sites. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who has a strong background in ER and experience in reviewing policies and procedures. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, therefore candidates should be immediately available, or free on short notice.
