We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Solihull.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for building relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate and support the sales team to meet and exceed targets
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue
* Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management
* Deliver sales training and ongoing development for team members
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align goals
* Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
