Head of Delivery (Investment and Pensions platform)
Salary: £110,000 to £120,000

A bit about the job:
This role sits within the IWR CIO team and is all about delivering change across technology, operations, and partnerships. You’ll lead a team of around 60 people and work closely with our external strategic partner: FNZ. Your focus will be on delivering integration, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. It’s a high-impact role with visibility at the very top of the organization.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
* Strong background in IT delivery, integration, and data migration, working to agile project management methodologies
* Financial services experience is a must (Banking, Wealth, Insurance sectors etc.)
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience working with FNZ platform(s)

* Starting salary between £110,000 and £120,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
