We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team for the seasonal period. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general customer service support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
* Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and trends.
Employment will run until 31st January 2026 with the potential to become permanent.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
