Responsibilities
* Overseeing the day‑to‑day management of residential properties.
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well‑maintained.
* Liaising with tenants and landlords to address and resolve issues promptly.
* Managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely collection of rents and service chargesli>
Skills And Experience Required
* Proven experience in property management is preferred with a solid understanding of property law and regulations.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in property management software.
* A proactive and problem‑solving attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
* ATPI professional qualification preferred.
